The bending of the sheet metal is usually carried out with
a "Press Break" and we will add the extra material to complete
the bend. With these hydraulic breaks, sheet
metal fabrication is kept at a simple level...they assist in creating
bends made at predetermined angles.
Band
saws have hardened blades and mechanically feed the sheet metal to ensure an even cut. Sheet metal
fabrication generally involves cutting and burning the sheet
metal with Cutting Torches. Various welding
techniques are used in our processes to avoid any warps
or other unwanted defects.
